How to find Lost Art
From Junction 27 of the M6:
1: From the roundabout, follow signs for Parbold
2: Pass Wrightington Hospital on the left
3: Go up Parbold Hill (parking spaces on top for view and visit to ice-cream van)
4: Go down Parbold Hill – look for Blackpool Tower on a fine day
5: Cross canal at traffic lights – best to use bridge and obey lights
6: Pass Wayfarer Inn on left (unless calling for meal)
7: At mini roundabout take first exit on left (into Higher Lane)
8: Turn left at first junction (‘phone box on corner) into Lees Lane
9: Turn left at sign for Leeslane Nursery (approx 400 yards along Lees Lane)
10: Take the right fork down to the workshops and greenhouses (beware of pheasants, hares and squirrels).
11: Announce arrival and hint at need for a cup of tea.
